Had another wonderful experience with Gladin Automotive. They repaired the window of my 2004 Dodge Dakota when the dealer indicated that Dodge doesn't make the parts any longer because the truck is so old. When you I have automotive need, Gladin is the place for me.

Great work, like you are family no stone unturned Ed. Safety first, you always requested to approve first any work to be done. Prices are fair.

I give gladin automative an A+. It is a repair shop that you will drive away from secure in the knowledge that if your vehicle breaks down or is involved in any accident due to mechanical failure from recent repairs at their shop, you will have all the documentation needed to represent yourself in court against gladin automotive.
Their by the book policy on state inspections, truly the best!! Awesome job!! Completely 100% by the book, They will even bring out and show you the exact paragraph that will fail your vehicle state inspection.
That being said...
They were gonna charge me over $800.00 for a valid 2025 inspection sticker on my 2019 mititisbushi outlander. My car has begun entering rear brake failure. I say, begun failing because I have not yet entered the "squealing brake phase " of failing brakes. My brakes were 100% squeal free, Prior to the 2025 state inspection at Gladin Automotive, I drove away with my rejection sticker.
I will pay to replace my rear brakes at a more REPUTABLE, more FAMILY FRIENDLY, automotive repair shop that will NOT price GUAGE and charge ASTRONOMICAL fees on insufficient, easily rectified occurrences.
I would gladly have paid for the parts and install to Gladin automative to replace my rear brakes IF.. they were more lenient on LABOR charges against OTHER customer supplied parts.
Thank you Gladin for going by the book!! Unfortunately, I am rich enough to have disposal income. I will update this post on who AND what it cost to replace rear brakes and rotors on a 2019 mititisbushi outlander at a later date.
Right now, I have to be a PGHS to Chaperone my daughters field trip Disney. Just know I give 0 stars to Gladin automative and he is also mean to his his elderly dog.

I always know I'll receive top-notch service, from people I trust, at this family-owned business. They stay pretty busy, but not too busy to be friendly, and Mr Gladin is always able to put complex automobile issues into language that's easily understood. I highly recommend Gladin Automotive.

I honestly cannot say enough about Greg. He's an honest man who does everything he can for his nervous customers.

If your car needs work and you are close by, do yourself a favor and go here. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I called for a car inspection. They had a same day afternoon opening. They did not try to up-sell me or take advantage because I am a woman. They had my car inspected in 30 minutes. Great service. Professional and pleasant. They have my business from now on. I am more than impressed.

Connie took my repair down. Greg looked at the car. Marcus performed the repair promptly and efficiently. Totally different car! 8 stars for this "ass busting" business!
